If you violate this policy and it causes damage or loss to our servers, or causes one (or more) of our Websites to be interrupted from normal service, you will be held liable for damages and loss of business.
If you are a business or are selling items in any way, you are not allowed to use our free services to advertise or even mention your business name or email address in your blog.
We have the right to terminate any sign up or weblog at any time without reason.
Spam/spamming definition includes but not limited to:
Sending any pings with one of our names or programs or any of our Website addresses, to anyone that has not requested this information from you first.
Sending any track-backs with one of our names or programs or any of our Website addresses, to any type of “Safe List” or through any type of “Safe List” service or any other website or weblog or sending any comments with one of our names or programs or any of our Website addresses, to any type of weblog that is obvious unrelated to the topic of that log.
Sending any e-mail with one of our names or programs or any of our Website addresses, as part of a confirmation/thank you letter as a result of a posting to a classified ad site or a FFA (Free For All Links) site.
As long as one of our names or programs or any of our Website addresses, are not mentioned in any way, or are not in any way linked to Megaweblog.com or DutchEagele.com, you may pursue any advertising that you wish, or e-mail anything that you wish, that is strictly your business.
Setting up a weblog on one of our website obviously with the intend to have a linking possibility to enhance your or someone else PageRank is considered as spam use and will not be tolerated.
